Order Processing Time
Upon receiving your order, our Picking Team will pick up your order as quickly as possible. If any items are out of stock from your order, a member of our Sales Team will let you know either via phone or email. We can offer you alternative items to replace the missing items, or cancel and send the remaining order.
As a wholesale company, we work hard to ensure products are in stock, however, this is not always possible due to the volume of orders and the huge range of products we stock. Once your order has been processed and payment has been received in full, we will ship your parcel for delivery usually the next working day from the time of dispatch, however, this is not guaranteed due to factors outside our control.
Cut off Times
If your order has been received after 1 pm on any weekday, it may be processed on the next working day. In Peak Periods Such As Christmas, Our Delivery Lead Times May Be Longer Than Normal.

Any orders placed on Friday from 1 pm onwards, over the weekend, or on public holidays will only be processed on the following working day.

If you are experiencing difficulty verifying your details via the instructions sent to you, please follow the guideline below to verify your details;
* You will have received an email from 1Account, which includes a link to follow to verify your details. Please check your junk folder if you cannot see an email from 1Account.
* You will then be asked to verify your details by a number of means; Mobile Phone, Credit Card, Debit Card, UK Driving Licence, Citizencard, National DB or Electoral Roll.
* Entering your mobile phone number is the quickest way to verify your order, alternatively, please enter your details when prompted, for which ever option is selected.
